混凝土早期力学性能试验研究

摘要:
混凝土前7 d的力学性能对各种工程耐久性有重要影响.为探索混凝土早期的力学性能变化规律,基于4种配合比进行了混凝土前7 d 5个龄期的力学性能试验,得出如下结论:(1)混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、轴心抗拉强度和极限拉伸值等性能在前3 d龄期的增长率远高于3—7 d的增长率;(2)混凝土前7 d的轴心抗拉强度均大于其劈裂抗拉强度;(3)以劈裂抗拉强度为基准的压拉比和以轴心抗拉强度为基准的压拉比,都呈先减小后缓慢增大的趋势,但是以劈裂抗拉强度为基准的压拉比较大.

A study of concrete early mechanical properties

Abstract:
The concrete mechanical properties of 1 d-7 d have very important effects on the durability of concrete structure. In order to explore the early mechanical property law of concrete, the mechanical properties of concrete in the first seven days are tested on the basis of four proportions. The research findings and conclusions are as follows: (1) the growth rate of cubic compressive strength, axial tensile strength, splitting tensile strength and ultimate tensile strain of concrete in the first three days is higher than the growth rate in 3 d~7d; (2) the axial tensile strength of concrete is greater than its splitting tensile strength in the first seven days; and (3) the pressure ratio of concrete based on splitting tensile strength and the pressure ratio of concrete based on axial tensile strength both tend to decrease firstly and then increase slowly, but the pressure ratio of concrete based on splitting tensile strength is greater than the pressure ratio of concrete based on axial tensile strength.
