基于激光雷达与红外双目相机的山区河流混凝土桥墩磨蚀损伤实测分析

摘要:
为研究山区桥梁墩柱磨蚀损伤特征及磨蚀发展规律,基于激光雷达扫描系统与红外结构光双目相机两种设备,提出了桥墩表面磨蚀三维精细化测量方案,发展了桥墩磨蚀削减体积计算方法;通过对独秀峰大桥、羊店2号大桥山区河流桥梁开展现场实测,获取了桥墩磨蚀损伤的高精度三维数据;根据调查,初步讨论了桥址区砂石分布规律与桥梁墩台磨蚀特征;拟合得到了圆形截面桥墩磨蚀损伤后的截面外形数学表达式,发现该桥址区岸边桥墩的磨蚀深度与桥墩深度大致呈现线性变化的趋势;对比了正八边形截面桥墩磨蚀体积沿墩高变化曲线与磨蚀形状,发现钢筋露出高度处接触漂石含量相对较多,进一步探明了正八边形截面桥墩截面的磨蚀规律,为山区河流混凝土桥墩钢筋布置提供了参考。

Measurement and analysis of abrasive damage of concrete bridge piers in mountain rivers based on LiDAR and infrared binocular camera

Abstract:
In order to study the characteristics of abrasive damage and the development law of abrasion of bridge piers in mountainous areas, a three-dimensional fine measurement scheme of abrasion on the surface of bridge piers was proposed based on two devices, namely LiDAR scanning system and infrared structured light binocular camera, and a calculation method for the abrasion reduction volume of bridge piers was developed. Through the field measurement of the mountain river bridges of Duxiufeng Bridge and Yangdian 2 Bridge, the high-precision three-dimensional data of bridge pier abrasion damage were obtained. According to the investigation, the distribution law of sand and gravel in the bridge site area and the abrasion characteristics of the bridge pier abutment were preliminarily discussed. The mathematical expression of the cross-sectional shape of the circular cross-section pier after abrasion damage is obtained, and it is found that the abrasion depth and pier depth of the shore pier in the bridge site area show a linear trend. By comparing the abrasion volume of the regular octagonal section pier along the pier height and the abrasive shape, it is found that the content of contact boulders at the exposed height of the steel bar is relatively large, which further proves the abrasion law of the regular octagonal section pier section, and provides a reference for the reinforcement arrangement of concrete piers in mountainous rivers.
