基于BIM+GIS的区域水闸安全监测分析预警系统研发

摘要:
安全监测是保障水闸工程安全运行的重要手段,针对当前水闸安全监测中存在监测方法落后、监测数据孤岛、智能分析能力不足、可视化水平不高等问题,本文基于BIM、GIS、Cesium及WebGL等技术,设计了水闸安全监测分析预警系统的总体框架和技术架构,剖析了网关服务结构和处理机制,分析了三维可视化的实现方法和处理流程,划分了系统功能模块,研发了基于BIM+GIS的区域水闸安全监测分析预警系统。最后以沂沭泗老运河及伊家河两座水闸为例,利用SqlSugar多库架构ORM框架构建了可支持多种数据库的体系,建立了可实现设备与业务系统双向通讯的网关服务,实现了水闸工程三维可视化、动态展示及在线预警等功能,可及时掌握水闸工程安全运行性态,提高水闸工程安全监测信息化水平。

Development of a regional sluice safety monitoring and early warning system based on BIM+GIS

Abstract:
Safety monitoring plays a crucial role in ensure the safe operation of sluices. In response to the problems of outdated monitoring methods, isolated monitoring data, insufficient analysis capabilities, and low visualization level in current sluice safety monitoring, this paper designs the overall framework and technical architecture of sluice safety monitoring and early warning system based on technologies such as BIM, GIS, Cesium and WebGL; The gateway service structure , processing mechanism , the implementation method and processing flow of 3D visualization was Analyzed , and the system functional modules was divided, then a regional sluice safety monitoring and early warning system based on BIM+GIS was developed . Finally, taking the Yishusi Laoyun Sluice and Yijia Sluice as examples, a system that supports multiple databases was built using the SqlSugar multi database architecture ORM framework. A gateway service was established that can achieve bidirectional communication between equipment and business systems. The three-dimensional visualization, dynamic display, and online warning of the sluice were achieved, which can timely grasp the safe operation status of the sluice and improve the informationization level of sluice safety monitoring.
