蒙开个地区河库连通工程泵站运行方式研究

摘要:
蒙开个地区河库连通工程包含南洞一级泵站、南洞二级泵站和长桥海泵站,研究水泵机组不同运行方式对各泵站运行能耗的影响有助于提升工程运行效益。构建了考虑定速节流运行方式和变频调节运行方式下三座泵站站内机组优化组合模型,运用标准遗传算法(SGA)、精英保留遗传算法(EGA)对模型进行求解,考虑变频调节装置成本,分析了改造的经济性。结果表明:EGA在求解精度上与SGA相差较小,但在求解效率上显著优于SGA,能够更好地求解蒙开个地区河库连通工程的泵站机组优化组合模型;变频调节运行方式的节能效果最为显著,各级泵站在流量范围中段存在高效节能段;当各级泵站大部分时间提水流量低于0.7 m3/s或接近满带流量,无需变频改造;其他情况下改造后各级泵站能快速实现正向收益,经济效益较为明显,可为蒙开个地区河库连通工程的泵站节能改造提供参考。

Research on Operation modes of Pumping Stations of River-reservoir Connection Project in “Meng-Kai-Ge Area”

Abstract:
The river-reservoir connection project in “Meng-Kai-Ge Area” includes Nandong primary pump station, Nandong secondary pump station and Changqiaohai pump station. Studying the influence of different operation modes on the operation energy consumption of pump stations will help to improve the operation efficiency of the project. The optimal unit commitment model of three pumping stations considering the constant speed throttling operation mode and the variable frequency regulation operation mode is established. The model is respectively solved by standard genetic algorithm (SGA) and the elite reservation genetic algorithm (EGA), and the economic efficiency of the transformation is analyzed considering the cost of the variable frequency regulation device. The research results show that EGA is relatively consistent with SGA in solving accuracy, but significantly superior to SGA in solving efficiency, which can better solve the optimal unit commitment model of pump stations of the river-reservoir connection project in “Meng-Kai-Ge Area”; The energy-saving effect of frequency conversion regulation is the most remarkable and all pump stations have a relatively high-efficiency and energy-saving section in the middle of the flow range; When the daily water lifting flow of pump stations at all levels is less than 0.7 m3/s or close to full belt flow, frequency conversion transformation is unnecessary; Otherwise the pump stations can quickly realize positive benefits, and the transformation benefits are obvious, which can provide a reference for the pump station energy-saving transformation of the river-reservoir connection project in “Meng-Kai-Ge Area”.
