针对滨水堤防加宽道路改造的堤路结合工程建设中面临的差异沉降控制等难题,以南京市江北新区滨江堤防加宽道路改造工程为依托,根据工程的地质条件和工程特点,选取典型断面进行数值计算模拟。开展了天然堆载、台阶开挖联合土工格栅处理和水泥土搅拌桩(DCM)处理三种方案的计算研究。根据数值计算结果,在该断面采用水泥土搅拌桩、锥探灌浆与土工格栅等相结合的处理措施,并在新老堤结合处进行台阶开挖处理,对差异沉降进行处理控制。通过在该典型断面开展现场监测工作,分析该工法下的沉降、孔隙水压力与水平位移指标,验证了数值模型的合理性,并评估了该设计方案在堤路结合工程中实际的差异沉降控制效果。结果表明,在该设计方案下的路中与右路肩工后剩余沉降分别为15.70mm和19.54mm,且二者差异沉降均保持在4mm以下,说明该技术对于工程中新旧路堤的协调变形控制效果良好,有效控制了堤路结合工程的差异沉降,提升了堤防的稳定性,可以为后续滨江堤路结合工程软土路基处理提供借鉴与指导。 |

The construction of the embankment widening road of the embankment road combination project experiences challenges, such as differential settlement control. To handle the difficulty, the computational research examines the waterfront embankment road combination project in Jiangbei District, Nanjing. On the ground of the geological and engineering features, the research investigated the three working conditions, known as the natural pile load, step excavation combined with geogrid treatment, and cement soil mixing pile treatment(DCM).. According to the quantitative results, a combination of cement-soil mixing pilecone and probe grouting and geogrid treatment, as well as the step excavation treatment was conducted at the stage of the combination of old and new embankments were carried out in the data analysis so that the differential settlement can be controlled. The reasonableness of the numerical model was verified by carrying out field monitoring work at this typical section and analyzing the settlement, pore water pressure, and horizontal displacement indexes under this work method. Additionally, the research evaluates the actual differential settlement control effect of this design scheme in the embankment-road combination project. The results show that the remaining settlement after work in the middle and right shoulders under this design scheme is 15.70mm and 19.54mm, respectively, and the difference settlement of the two is below 4mm.The research indicates that this technique is effective for the coordinated deformation control of the old and new embankments in the project ,and can sufficiently control the differential settlement of the embankment-road combination project and improves the stability of the embankment. The approach guides further treatments of soft soil roadbeds conducted in subsequent riverbank road combination projects. |
