通过长江下游大量航道整治研究成果的总结提炼,探讨和论述感潮河段航道整治设计理论与方法。结果表明:感潮河段中可划分出不同的区段和浅滩类型,分析得到水沙运动特性和碍航特性,以及设计通航水位及其与上下游航道的衔接关系;应考虑国民经济需求、生态环境保护、河势稳定与防洪、通航安全与高效等多方面因素,确立航道整治总体原则;感潮河段航道整治水位和整治线宽度等整治参数可采用现有方法确定,但具有特殊含义;从各类浅滩特性出发,确立遵循“固滩、导流、增深”的基本整治方针与思路,采用守护为主的航道整治工程措施,并须应用整体性强、施工快和生态友好的新型整治建筑物结构。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the summary of the research results of waterway regulation in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the design theory and method of tidal waterway regulation is discussed. The results show that the different reaches and shoals can be marked out in tidal river, and water and sediment feature of different reaches, characteristics of different shoals, and designed navigable water level and its connection with upstream and downstream waterways, are obtained by related analysis work. The overall principle of tidal waterway regulation should be established by consideration on many factors, such as national economy, ecological environment protection, river stability and flood control, navigation safety and efficiency, etc. The regulation parameters including regulation water level and regulation width in the tidal reach can be determined by existing methods,but they have special meanings. According to the characteristics of different shoals, the basic regulation guideline and thought in tidal reach called “stabilizing beach, guiding current and deepening channel” should be established, and the channel regulation engineering measures dominated by beach or sandbar protection will be adopted, and some new training works structure with strong integrality, fast construction and ecological friendly will be applied. |
