高等级船闸引航道透空式隔流堤布置型式研究*

摘要:
船闸与枢纽泄水建筑物之间布置隔流堤是改善船闸通航水流条件的重要措施,传统隔流堤多采用实体或堤身开孔结构。船闸等级提升和运行条件日趋复杂导致引航道及口门区通航水流条件难以满足规范要求,底部透空墩板式、导流墩等透空式隔流堤开始应用,但仍需通过限制性通航来保障船舶过闸安全,由此急需研发新型隔流结构。基于淮河入海水道二期配套通航工程淮安东船闸建设方案,以墩板式隔流堤为基础,提出插板全断面均匀透空新型结构,并通过水工物理模型试验对比分析了改善效果。结果表明新型透空隔流堤可使下泄主流与引航道内水流逐渐均匀掺混,从而有效改善引航道及口门区水流流态,减少横流和回流的量值及范围,提高最大通航流量,成果可应用于复杂条件下高等级船闸的引航道隔流堤设计。

Study on the layout of permeable partition dike in the approach channel of ship locks

Abstract:
Partition dike between sluice and lock of hydro projects is an effective measure to improve navigable flow condition. Traditional partition dike adopts impermeable or dike-opening structures. The upgrading of lock and increasing complexity of the operating conditions lead to difficulties in meeting the specifications for navigable flow condition in the approach channel and entrance Area. The permeable partition dike such as the bottom permeable structure and diversion piers come into use. However, it is still often necessary to reduce the maximum navigable discharge to ensure the safety of navigation. Based on the construction scheme of Huaiandong Lock and the pier-plate structure of partition dike, a new type of full-section uniformly permeable structure is proposed, and the improvement effect is investigated by physical model tests. The results indicate that the new structure of permeable partition dike can make the main stream and the flow in the approach channel mix gradually and evenly, effectively improve the flow regime in the approach channel and the entrance area, and reduce the intensity and range of crossflow and backflow. This research can be applied to the design of partition dike in approach channel of high- grade lock under complex conditions.
