近年来,在极端气候和人类活动的影响下,我国北方城市面临水资源短缺、植被退化以及极端强降水下的水土流失等问题,分析降水演变趋势,量化评估雨水资源利用潜力对解决城市水资源、水生态问题十分重要。本文以鄂尔多斯市为例,基于周边11个气象站1958—2022年降水资料,采用线性回归法、滑动平均法、M-K突变检验等方法,分析了该地区的降水时空演变规律,并基于SCS-CN构建了地表产流模型,评估了不同水平年下鄂尔多斯市主城区的雨水资源化利用潜力。结果表明:鄂尔多斯市降水量年际变化过程呈现出不显著的下降趋势,多年平均年降水量呈现东南多西北少的分布格局,降水在主城区及其周边区域较为集中,评估结果表明,理想条件下鄂尔多斯市主城区的多年平均雨水资源化利用潜力为0.699亿m3/a,实际雨水资源化可利用量需综合多方面因素综合确定。研究结果可为北方干旱城市雨水资源化利用提供一定参考。 |

Analysis of rainfall evolution trend and evaluation of rainwater resource utilization potential in typical northern cities |

In recent years, due to the influence of extreme climate and human activities, cities in northern China have been confronted with water resource shortages, vegetation degradation, and soil erosion induced by extreme heavy rainfall. Analyzing the evolution trend of rainfall and quantifying the potential utilization of rainwater resources is crucial for addressing the issues related to urban water resources and water ecology. Utilizing rainfall data from 11 meteorological stations spanning from 1958 to 2022, this paper, with Ordos City as a case study, analyzed the spatiotemporal evolution of rainfall in the region using the linear regression method, moving average method, and M-K mutation test. Additionally, a surface runoff generation model based on SCS-CN was constructed. The potential for rainwater resource utilization in the main urban area of Ordos City at various levels was assessed. The results indicate that: The annual variation of precipitation in Ordos City exhibited a slight downward trend, while the annual average precipitation demonstrated a distribution pattern with higher levels in the southeast and lower levels in the northwest. Furthermore, precipitation was concentrated in the main urban area and its vicinity. The evaluation results revealed that, under ideal conditions, the annual average potential for rainwater resource utilization in the main urban area of Ordos City amounted to 699.9 million m3/a. The actual utilizable quantity of rainwater resources should be comprehensively determined based on various factors. The research findings can serve as a valuable reference for rainwater resource utilization in arid cities in northern China. |
