摘要:

联合国世界水发展报告(World Water Development Report, WWDR)是全球水资源评估计划的重要组成部分之一,为决策者提供了制定和实施可持续水资源政策的知识、工具和案例。本文简述了WWDR的历史沿革,对2003年以来历次报告作了总结评述,同时重点介绍了2024年WWDR的主要内容。最后结合历届WWDR所提出的重要观点、解决水问题的对策和我国水安全保障实际情况,阐述了若干思考和认识。

Abstract:

The United Nations World Water Development Report (WWDR) is an important component of the Global Water Assessment Program, providing decision makers with knowledge, tools, and case studies to formulate and implement sustainable water policies. This article reviews the historical evolution of WWDR, summarizes and comments on the series since 2003, and highlights the main content and viewpoints of the 2024 report. Finally, by combining the key viewpoints and solutions from the WWDRs, it also recommends measures that are applicable to China’s water-secure future.
