生态纤维改良砂质黏土干缩裂隙试验研究

摘要:
为了研究不同生态纤维对砂质黏土干缩裂隙的抑制作用,通过二值化图像处理技术,分别对黄麻纤维、稻杆纤维改良作用下的水分蒸发、表面裂纹发展、演变和结构形态进行定量分析。研究结果表明:生态纤维与土颗粒有较强的黏结性,0.006㎏.㎏-1黄麻纤维及稻杆纤维掺量下裂隙率降幅最大,分别可下降30.6%、23.8%,对砂质黏土干缩裂隙发育有明显的抑制作用,可有效减缓裂缝发展速度,且随着掺量的增多,改良效果越明显。

Experimental Study on Ecological Fiber Improvement of Dry Shrinkage Cracks in Sandy Clay

Abstract:
In order to investigate the inhibitory effect of different ecological fibers on the shrinkage cracks of sandy clay, a binary image processing technique was used to quantitatively analyze the water evaporation, surface crack development, evolution, and structural morphology under the improvement of jute fiber and rice straw fiber. The research results show that ecological fibers have strong adhesion with soil particles, and the crack rate decreases the most with the addition of 0.006 kg.kg-1 jute fiber and rice straw fiber, which can be reduced by 30.6% and 23.8% respectively. They have a significant inhibitory effect on the development of dry shrinkage cracks in sandy clay and can effectively slow down the development speed of cracks. Moreover, with the increase of the addition, the improvement effect becomes more obvious.
