初始水权分配数学模型的建立及其应用

摘要:
在综合考虑影响水资源优化配置的资源、经济、社会和环境等因素的基础上,遵循水权分配原则,建立水量分配指标体系,构建水权分配的层次结构图,应用模糊综合决策和层次分析法,进行多方案多层次的模糊优选,建立初始水权分配的数学模型,并对我国南水北调东线一期工程的调水量进行了分配.

Abstract:
Based on the comprehensive view of resources,economy,society,environment and other influencing factors on the optimal allocation of water resources,and following the principles of water right allocation,the index system of water quantity and the hierarchical chart of water right allocation are developed.Methods of fuzzy synthetic decision-making and analytical hierarchy process are used to do the optimal fuzzy selection on a multi-project and multi-hierarchy basis,then the mathematical model of initial water right allocation is set up.And the water quantity allocation of the eastern rout of South-to-North Water Diversion Project in the first period is carried out.
