Abstract: |
The flexibility matrix for foundation is solved by use of Gauss integration method. Finite element equations are developed to calculate the inner force of an arbitrary shape plate and the foundation' s reactive force, according to the conditions of displacement compatibility and force equilibrium between the foundation and the plate. |
