摘要:

以防洪减灾为指导思想 ,以系统集成的方式 ,在空间数据库、关系数据库和多媒体资料库的基础上 ,建立了南京市防汛决策支持信息系统 .它具有水情信息分析、洪水预报调度和灾情评估等功能 .实现了对社会经济、工程资料、法律法规、历史灾情、抗灾纪实为内容的多媒体信息的查询和管理 .该系统在 1998年南京城市防汛中发挥了重要作用 .

Abstract:

Based on the integrated spatial database, relation database and multimedia database, a geographical information system (GIS) of Nanjing City is set up. The system has the functions to analyze water and rain information, to forecast floods, and to assess losses casued by disastrous floods. It provides services for information management and in quiry in the aspects of social economy, engineering data, law, historiacal disasters and on-the-spot recording of floods. The system played an important role during the flood prevention period in 1998 in Nanjing city.
