| １９９２～１９９７ 年淮海农场对圩区内的中低产田进行了改良，在充分利用原有水利工程设施的基础上，对旱、涝、碱、渍害突出的农田灌排系统进行了改造。在规划设计中对几个与技术和经济密切相关的问题进行了探讨，给滨海圩区大面积治理中低产田积累了经验。 |

| Abstract: |
| Land improvement for middle and low yield farmland in the diked area of Huaihai farm were carried out during 1992 1997. On the basis of making full use of existing water conservancy facilities, reformation of the irrigation and drainage systems of farmland were made, especially for those with outstanding drought, alkalie and water logged conditions. Several problems related colosely to technique and economy in planning and design were discussed. The experiences in improving middle and low yield fields are introduced in this paper. |
