| 北仑电厂泥螺山灰坝地基的工程地质条件极差，为确保灰坝施工期和竣工后的安全稳定，加荷速率、间歇时间、加荷安全控制标准等施工控制参数的确定非常关键，它们直接影响工程的工期和质量。为此，本文就这些参数的分析计算及其观测验证进行了论述。 |

| Beilun Thermal Power Plant ash dam is located at very soft foundation. In order to ensure the stability and security during construction and after completion, the determination of construction control parameters such as loading velocity, settling time, loading safety control standard influencing directly the construction period and quality of the project is most improtant. On this account, this paper described the analyses and calculation of the parameters, also verifications were made by measured data. |
