砼孔隙率的测定

摘要:
砼孔腺率是评价混凝土性能的最主要指标之一。本文通过硬化水泥浆体几种测孔方法的研究和论证,提出了用甲醇法测定砼孔隙率的方法。该法可以测定包括集料界面结构孔隙在内的砼总孔隙率。这种方法简单易行,可望用于检测砼的施工质量并评定其耐久性。

Measurement method of porosity in concrete

Abstract:
Concrete porosity is one of the most important indices for the appraisal of concrete feature. This paper, through the study and verification on several test methods of porosity for hardened cement paste, adopted a method for measuring concrete porosity by methanol displacement, which can measure the overall porosity of concrete including the boundary surface structure porosity of aggregates. This method is simple and easy to be used, it is expected that the method may be used for detecting the construction quality of concrete and appraising its durability.
