碾压砼坝上游面防渗湿喷工艺改进

摘要:
针对碾压砼坝上游面的防渗,提出了湿法喷涂丙乳砂浆集中防渗的新方案。增设了喷粉辅助机械系统,改进了辅料系统及喷枪结构。改进后的湿喷工艺能缓解稠浆易增,稀浆易淌的缺陷。并已成功地应用于福建省山仔碾压砼坝上游面的防渗等工程。

Improvement of shotcreting technique for anti-seepage coating of roller compacted concrete dam

Abstract:
A new method for anti - seepage coating of roller compacted concrete dam by using wet - mix shotcreting polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar(PAE mortar) is presented in this paper. A series of experiments are carried out for improving wet - mix shotcrete from technology and facilities to mixture of mortar. A fume - spray machine system is designed, the delivery system and the structure of spray gun are improved. The shortcoming on pipe - blocking by thick mortar and flow away of thin fluidity mortar from substrate is mitigated significantly. The improved shotcrete technique had been successfully applied in anti - seepage coating of Shanzai roller compacted concrete dam etc.
