| 在经济效益最大的目标下，建立线性规划模型优选出可行企业项目；在投资有限的情况下，考虑企业的滚动发展，以滚动期内安置移民数最多的评价准则，建立０－１规划模型，优选出可行企业项目的投产顺序。并以黄河中游某水库为实例进行了计算，取得了满意的结果。 |

| For the object of the best economic benefit,feasible business projects are taken from linear programming. With the limited investment,the optimized investment sequence is got through 0-1 program which considers the rolled development of business projects and the most arranging reservoir-induced resettlement. The calculation for one reservoir in middle Yellow River is taken. |
