从施工设计洪水的特性出发,以旬为时段单位,结合三岔河的普定、北盘江的光照、乌江的思林三座水电站可行性研究阶段施工设计洪水的计算,采用滑动频率计算的方法,对水电站施工设计洪水的优选进行分析,在考虑各种影响因素的基础上,提出各水电站的水文条件下的最优施工方案,并对其成果进行综合比较分析。 |

Proceeding from the specific property of design flood of construction period,taking ten days as time section unit,the method of moving frequency analysis is put to use on the design flood of construction period at stage of the feasibility research of Puding plant on the Sanchahe River, Guangzhao plant on the Beipanjiang River and Siting plant on the Wujiang River. On the basis of influential factors,the optimum construction plan of the 3 plants under the hydrological conditions is suggestaed. |
