| In this paper, ion implatation technique and its some applications to surface modification of metals are introduced,and mechanisms of cavitation damage of turbine are explained as a combination of hardness,wear,fatigue and some other factors. Therefore,it can be got that ion implantation has much better effects on surface modification of cavitation damage for turbine materials. |
